Herb Garden Birthday Gift

For my birthday my husband built me a Herb Garden.

I loved this present as I had let him know a few months previous that I wanted one and mentioned once that it would make a great birthday present.

Without having to say anymore he organised the materials and built me a fabulous herb garden (he's a landscaper so he knew what he was doing). He then filled it with organic soil and even planted the herbs. The kids helped out too (if you can call it helping!)

When I told my friends what I got for my birthday they got funny looks on their faces - I think I was meant to say perfume, not a Herb Garden! he he

Funnily enough, they all have their own raised garden beds now (mostly installed by my hubby!)

We sold the house and the new lady said how much she loved it - but after a few months decided looking after a veggie garden (not very big, mind you) was too hard, chopped up the wood and burnt it!

But hey! I have 3 more at my new place, and I love them!
